This is an effort that will equip the entire parish family to more effectively cultivate young Catholic disciples. This effort is called Vital 3.0 offered by Chicago based Cultivation Ministries & our diocesan office for youth & young adults.  
Ministry is never just one person, it takes a team.  It is very important to have a team on hand at St. Roch to oversee our comprehensive youth ministry & why is it vital to the growth of ou parish and our greater Church; the qualities needed from our congregation to produce mature teen disciples; as well as the great influence that we all contribute to the future of these young disciples.
