On Divine Mercy Sunday, 
We pray the prayers for the plenary indulgence,
which include: The Our Father, Apostles Creed,
and a prayer for the Pope.
Chaplet prayers will be made available to all who attend Masses. 
 Let us all recognize the need to bring all Catholics
back to the practice of their faith.
We have a grand opportunity and a duty, to welcome all Catholics,
during Easter season, to invite all back into participation
in the sacramental life of the Church. 

Our Lord’s Mercy grants forgiveness of all sins and punishment

on the Feast of Divine Mercy, mercy for even the most hardened sinners! 

It was Jesus, Himself who asked for it to be celebrated

on this particular Sunday following Easter, April 8, 2071.

When did Jesus make this promise and how does one get it?

Jesus left all the details in a diary that He commanded
Saint Faustina to write in the 1930’s.

(“Divine Mercy In My Soul”)

Our Lord strongly speaks about this to Saint Faustina:

“I demand from you deeds of mercy which are to arise out of love for me.

You are to show mercy to your neighbors always and everywhere.

You must not shrink from this or try to excuse yourself from it.”
Diary, 742. 

During the course of Jesus’ revelations to Saint Faustina on the Divine Mercy

He asked on numerous occasions that a feast day be dedicated to the
Divine Mercy and that this feast be celebrated on the Sunday after Easter.

“I desire that the Feast of Mercy be a refuge and shelter for all souls,

and especially for poor sinners.

On that day the very depths of My tender mercy are open.

I pour out a whole ocean of graces upon those souls
who approach the fount of My mercy.” – (Diary, 699)

“The soul that will go to Confession & receive Holy Communion

shall obtain complete forgiveness of sins and punishment.” – (Diary, 699)

“On that day all the divine floodgates 
through which grace flow are opened.

Let no soul fear to draw near to Me,
even though its sins be as scarlet.”
(Diary, 699)
